We all know people who are hurting—friends, family members, neighbors, coworkers. Sometimes we are the ones in need of prayer. Join us for an exciting hands-on workshop Thursday evenings to experience God’s healing power through prayer.

Betsy Lee, president of Prayer Ventures, will lead these training sessions, which include user-friendly exercises that are lively and fun and allow you to try out what you learn. You'll gain new insights and practical tools to equip you to pray for yourself and others.

Betsy's teaching is Christ-centered and biblically based. This four-week series follows our basic training course, Prayer Ministry I. It is helpful to have taken this course, but it is NOT necessary. If you are interested in these topics, jump in!

Topics include:

• February 4 — Four Basic Kind of Healing. How to discern what to pray for and how to pray.
• February 11 — Forgiveness. Creating a new beginning out of a painful past.
• February 18 — Working with the Spirit. Discovering and developing your spiritual gifts.
• February 25 — Spiritual Warfare & Prayer Ministry. Understanding and overcoming spiritual attack in your own life and as you pray for others.

The cost for the four-week training is $50/person. $85 for married couples and $30 for students. Scholarship help available. You can also attend one or more sessions for $12.50/session. Call Debbie Scott at 952.942.9016 or pay at the door that evening.
